Returns & Refunds policy

The deadline for canceling an order is up to the time the product has been shipped, and it is in possession of the carrier, which means if the item has already started the process of shipping, you can no longer cancel your order.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at admin@gepettoco.com

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You might have a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be in the following conditions:

  • The items were purchased within the last 14 days

  • The items are in the same condition that you received them.

  • The items are in the original packaging

  • The items are unworn or unused

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The Items damaged or defective due to wrongful use or assembly.

  • The Items that contained perishable, custom goods, and hazardous materials.

  • The Items bought during a sale or clearance, and gift cards.

  • The Items modified or altered after opening.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@gepettoco.com. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. You must communicate with us before returning an item, so we can approve it and provide you with an address. If you send an item without approval, the item won't be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for the item's damage or loss in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item and proof of receipt of return delivery.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
